Vendors Information

Without vendors, we can't have a show! If you sell products, offer services, own a business (no matter how big or small), make crafts, sell food/drinks, entertain, or otherwise need to get information out to the masses; then join one or all of our events! Know someone who you think should also join, share this website with them! When applications are released, all shows will be open registration until 30 days before event date.  All shows are first to pay and send complete applications gets the space!  Do Not Hesitate or Wait! We rely on vendor's payments to be able to pay for the venue, advertising, and materials needed to host an event.  If all vendors wait last minute to pay, we can't hold a show!  This is why we offer our shows with plenty of time for vendors to join and make them all open registration.  We need YOU to help us pull these shows off! Instructions for joining an event: Click the button under the show you want to join, download the PDF file application. Print, Fill out, and mail in with a check or money order made out to Carrie Adams.  You can also email a completed application to us at adamseventsnc@gmail.com and then request a PayPal invoice.  All the information is on the application.  All vendors will receive an acceptance or denial email. All unaccepted applications will be returned (or offered roll over to another show).

How do we advertise? We place ads in the Lenoir News Topic paper, The Caldwell Weekly, The Caldwell Journal, The Carolina Country Magazine, the Iwanna, and any other local paper ads we may think of before a show.  We also run a commercial starting 2 weeks before any event up to the day of the show on The Big Dawg 92.1FM radio station.  Plus they will set up for 2 hours during our event and broadcast live!  We also have MANY online avenues we use to advertise and as much social media as we can spread. We also have the sign or marquee from the venue showing the show for about a month as well. We strive to get the show out everywhere we can and ask our vendors and sponsors to do the same.  If you have questions please let us know. Thanks.
